KEYNOTE: Transform VxR: Optimizing the Power of Simulation-Based Training in Virtual and Extended Reality is the kind of topic that looks straightforward until it collides with the speed, ambiguity, and competing demands of documentation workflows, supervision meetings, treatment planning, and quality review. In KEYNOTE: Transform VxR: Optimizing the Power of Simulation-Based Training in Virtual and Extended Reality, for this course, the practical stakes show up in faster workflow without clinical drift, privacy loss, or weak oversight, not in abstract discussion alone.

Join Free →Workforce skill development has historically been time-consuming and costly, and most organizations have struggled to have enough qualified professionals to train incoming employees. However, with the advent of advanced digital technology, organizations can cultivate a culture of continuous learning and provide practical training that improves employees' performance and confidence in the required work. The time, costs, and outcomes of simulation-based training in digital platforms can be improved greatly with proper knowledge of learning engineering. In this presentation, attendees will gain insights into the critical elements trainers need to know to optimize virtual and extended-enabled simulation-based training. We will also discuss how artificial intelligence can improve digital simulations. Participants will be able to explain what are the different degrees of immersion in digital simulations Participants will be able to state the differences between augmented, mixed, extended Reality Participants will be able to state what digitally advanced technology simulations are currently available for workforce development
