In this talk, we will explore how CCSN has been successful in partnering with established organizations and their executive teams to facilitate organizational growth and change through targeted, outcome-driven consultative support. We will share what we have learned to be common barriers to organizations, and highlight success stories for how long-established organizations have been able to drive internal change to achieve their goals.

Seth Powers serves as the Co-Executive Director of CCSN: The Center for Children with Special Needs. CCSN is a multidisciplinary behavioral health practice with locations in Connecticut that has served the community since 1994. Seth is responsible for leading CCSN in its mission to services to individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities, their families, and their communities. Seth holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the Yale School of Public Health with a concentration in the Global Health as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Connecticut with a concentration in Management. He earned a B.S. from James Madison University majoring in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences with a minor in Secondary Education.
