If Bigfoot transmogrified into an OBM concept, he would be called "Organizational Culture." We're here to demystify it (culture, not Bigfoot) in behavior analytic terms. We'll help you define culture, measure it, and pinpoint how to change it, whether you're a frontline BCBA or C-Suite executive, you have more power to influence your organization's culture than you think. Learning Objectives: Attendees will be able to define organizational culture in behavior analytic terms Attendees will identify three interventions they can use to change culture Attendees will be able to name two ways to measure culture
