She is the founding president of Behavioral Teaching Solutions (BTS), a Florida-based (with a branch in Southeast Asia) organization dedicated to behavioral science training, mental health advocacy, and educational equity for underserved communities.Belle previously served as Clinical Director at Tucci Learning Solutions in California, and prior to that, implemented evidence-based behavioral programs in schools in the United Arab Emirates. She is a certified CLM instructor and coach of the Competent Learner Model (CLM) developed by Vicci Tucci andhas helped implement CLM in the US, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. She also founded the Association for Behavioral Science (ABS) Inc., a nonprofit organization that promotes access to inclusive education through global partnerships based on the Constructional Approach - a compassionate, choice-centered model that enhances learner agency.Now based in Florida, Belle contributes her expertise to the creative and cultural fabric of Sarasota, connecting behavioral science with the arts to promote neurodiversity, resilience, and inclusive pathways for creative expression. Belle holds dual undergraduate degrees in Foreign Service, majoring in Diplomacy and Secondary Education, a master’s in special education, and is currently completing her PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis at Simmons University.
