Due to the relation of clients who receive ABA services and other related services such as Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Autism Society, etc., community engagement helps organizations to foster relationships with these services throughout the community to further keep up-to-date with the needs of families outside of ABA services to keep with the available resources for the community. Community engagement also occurs within the organization with staff to help build relationships within the organization to strengthen the organization's values.
