This 50-minute presentation explores the powerful impact of incorporating self-reflection and deep listening into practice. By improving the practitioner's ability to observe and adjust their own behavior based on interactions, these skills enhance decision-making, strengthen relationships, and support ethical practice. Prioritizing these abilities within an organization fosters an environment of trust, innovation, and collaboration, ultimately enhancing both individual and collective performance and leading to more positive outcomes for those served.
