Course Description

This presentation aims to explain achievable, intentional, and real life examples of my current experience as an RBT with less than 1 year of experience. I will recommend ways participants can create their own symbiosis within their clinic which in return will create a synergy amongst their colleagues, parents and self .

What You'll Learn

  1. Describe the concept of symbiosis as it applies to building positive working relationships within an ABA clinic setting.
  2. Identify practical strategies for creating synergy among colleagues, parents, and oneself as a new RBT.
  3. Apply intentional relationship-building techniques to improve collaboration and professional satisfaction in early-career ABA practice.
