This workshop, however, will focus on supervision related to ongoing and indefinite performance management and mentorship of anyone you might supervise, BCBA or not. The specific areas of focus for this workshop will include: establishing a supervisory relationship; pinpointing performance expectations; providing meaningful feedback and reinforcement; garnering feedback about one's own supervisory performance; and troubleshooting performance issues.
