(Regional Assessment for Investment and Service Expansion) methodology helps cut through complexity, providing a structured, data-driven approach to evaluating potential locations based on objective data. R.AI.S.E. incorporates essential factors—such as population in need, competitive landscape, and clinical capacity—to highlight which zip codes present the most promising growth opportunities. But expansion decisions aren't just about market conditions; they're also about organizational fit. What if you excel at recruiting and retention, but find marketing more challenging? In that case, a zip code with tougher hiring conditions but less competition may still be a winning bet. Conversely, a team adept at marketing could choose a more competitive market if hiring is not constrained. This session moves beyond raw data, integrating the unique strengths and core competencies of your organization into the R.A.I.S.E. framework to help you pinpoint the right markets for your particular capabilities. Before the conference, registered attendees will be invited to submit pairs of zip codes for comparison. During the session, we will analyze three selected pairs step-by-step. Additionally, time permitting, we will conduct a live comparison of a participant-provided zip code pair, demonstrating how to apply R.A.I.S.E. metrics and organizational competencies on the spot. Attendees will leave with a proven methodology and practical experience, ready to confidently expand into new markets that align with their strategic advantages.
