Which have resulted in thousands upon thousands of autistic learners reaching their fullest potential. This has resulted in ABA no longer just being a science but also a business. In recent years the business of ABA has been increasing; which may largely be due to the role of private equity. There are some who are proponents of private equity who claim that the role of private equity will have numerous benefits for autistic individuals. There are others who oppose private equity who claim that it has made the field of ABA worse and this has had a serious negative impact on autistic individuals. In this panel the presenters will have difficult conversations on the concept of the business of ABA, private equity, and quality behavioral intervention.
