Dr. Mark Hiatt brings a 360-degree perspective to value-based cancer care, shaped by leadership roles across the provider, payer, and regulatory sectors. He has guided precision oncology companies including Guardant Health and BostonGene in medical affairs and market access; led coverage and utilization management as Executive Medical Director for Regence BlueCross BlueShield and as CMO of HealthHelp; and serves as CMO of RadSite, a CMS-recognized accreditation body.Beyond oncology, Dr. Hiatt has been CMO for biotech and patient access companies, chaired state commissions on digital health and medical education, directed a radiology department, and founded Hiatt Advisory Services, a healthcare consultancy. A Stanford-trained cardiovascular radiologist, he completed his fellowship in cardiovascular imaging at Stanford, residency and MS in Health Evaluation Sciences at UVA, and MD and MBA with distinction at Wake Forest University—all under full scholarships.Dr. Hiatt has presented at more than 200 conferences, published over 100 works, and was honored by Utah Business magazine as a Healthcare Hero.
