Ling is the founder and CEO of SpectrumAi, a digital health start-up that develops innovative solutions for life-changing therapies. Ling has extensive experience in the payer, provider and digital health space. As a mom of four young boys on the Autism Spectrum, she has a deep rooted passion for democratizing access to high quality care for families like hers. Prior to founding SpectrumAi, Ling rapidly accelerated revenue growth at two other digital health startups -- most recently as the Chief Commercial Officer of Buoy Health and previously as the SVP Strategic Solutions of AmWell. She also spent over a decade at UnitedHealth Group in various leadership roles ranging from national employer sales and account management, to clinical business development for the dual-eligible Medicaid and Medicare population. Ling started her career as a senior consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton and a research nurse at Massachusetts General Hospital. Prior to finishing college, Ling served in the U.S. Army as a sergeant and a nurse. She holds an MBA from Harvard University and BS in Nuclear Engineering with a minor in Biomedical Engineering from MIT. Ling was awarded Glamour Magazine’s top 10 College Women and spends most of her spare time teaching her sons how to play ice hockey.
