I feel that the course offered real life experience when consulting in a public school. One of the things I agree most with was the discussion on compromise when trainings on BIP's and having the district take ownership over the plans. I thoroughly enjoyed this lecture! I am a BCBA and an Intervention Specialist. This was such a GREAT and balanced look at the challenges teachers and behavior analysts face trying to do their best in the classroom. The presenter offered many considerations of working in schools. I loved all of the references to research. I will use those. I think conflict resolution is particularly important for a BCBA not necessarily an RBT. Anyway it was fantastic. Thank you for your information. Even as a long time provider and BCBA always good to get a refresher as we are always learning. As you said 'a forever learner!"
