Compass grew to be the largest ABA provider in the state of NH, with 4 clinic locations, a private school, a transportation division, and over 150 staff. In July 2021, Compass was acquired by a national ABA service provider, and Dan served on their executive team for 2 years.In 2023, Dan founded ABA Growth Team, providing executive coaching services, comprehensive video training for business and clinical topics, and "INsourced" support for non-clinical functions (digital marketing, scheduling, intake management), with a focus on serving startup/early stage ABA businesses.
