Jeron Trotman, MS is a highly-skilled, Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. With a strong educational background and extensive experience, Jeron is a dedicated professional who has made significant contributions to the field, particularly in the area of increasing diversity and representation. Mr. Trotman completed his Master of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in ABA from Purdue University. Prior to that, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of New Hampshire. Mr. Trotman’s educational foundation in both psychology and sociology provides him with a comprehensive understanding of human behavior and social dynamics. He has worked in the field of ABA for over a decade. He currently resides in Atlanta, GA. Mr. Trotman possesses a range of skills that contribute to his success in his profession. Notably, he excels at building strong relationships with clients and caregivers, fostering a comfortable and supportive environment for all parties involved. He has accumulated a wealth of experience through his various roles in the field of ABA. One of his significant achievements is the establishment of Black Men in Behavior Analysis (BMBA). As the President and Founder of BMBA, Mr. Trotman aims to enhance the presence and representation of Black men in field of behavior analysis, promoting diversity and inclusion. Mr. Trotman is currently an active member of several organizations devoted to upholding the professional practice of applied behavior analysis. These organizations include the Association for Professional Behavior Analyst, Black Applied Behavior Analysts, and the Georgia Association of Behavior Analysis.
