Behavior analysis has historically been most visible in autism treatment and developmental disabilities, but the principles of reinforcement, stimulus control, goal setting, and behavioral measurement apply wherever human behavior occurs — including athletic performance, health behavior change, and physical fitness. This course, presented by Manny Rodriguez, explores the intersection of behavior analysis with sports and fitness contexts, arguing that the same conceptual framework that drives effective ABA in clinical settings is highly relevant to performance coaching, athletic development, and evidence-based training programs.

Join Free →Synergy is defined as "combined action or operation; a mutually advantageous conjunction or compatibility of distinct business participants or elements" (Merriam-Webster, 2023). In business, synergies are seen through mergers and acquisitions, combining product and service lines, and bringing teams together to collaborate and share their individual expertise to achieve a shared outcome. In life, we see synergy in sports teams, family units, and friendships. Even knowledge can be fused to form synergy! I would argue that the synergy of all that I have learned over the years has resulted in positive outcomes for my clients, colleagues, and myself as a practitioner, executive, entrepreneur, and leader. This synergy has also helped me in my life as a father, husband, friend, and member of my familia. This course provides easy science based approaches to make a positive difference in the workplace and share what I have learned over 25 years, Organizational Behavior Management, research in business and organizational development. Expanding on the current BACB task list, Seven Synergies has, you guessed it, seven parts. Each part is a lesson I learned to making a positive impact in the workplace. It is not a coincidence as I see it, the Seven Synergies brings about a collection of knowledge, skills and abilities for every professional to adopt and utilize to see amazing results. I wish you good fortune as you explore and implement the Seven Synergies.
