The presentation will discuss how each of us can promote DEI-related discussions and changes at workplaces, particularly in ABA field, where we serve clients and their families from all over the world and lead team members with diverse backgrounds. The efforts can be demonstrated directly or indirectly from various activities such as the hiring process, onboarding and ongoing training activities, caregiver training services, and supervision practices. Some example actions to identify the common challenges to will also be discussed.
