This webinar is designed to offer parents and carers practical advice and strategies to support their child with improving their sleep routines. We will synthesise the recent behavioural research and literature, and present it in an accessible and jargon-free manner. We will provide a background and context around healthy sleep and sleep patterns, how good sleep can be encouraged through a balanced use of screen time and how to optimise healthy sleep habits. We will primarily focus on generalised practical strategies that parents and carers can takeaway, providing the underpinning reasons for why these have been proven effective.
