It makes sweeping changes in federal laws and funding for health care and other programs and services. Those changes, combined with the likely ripple effects of PL 119-21 and related federal policies, will affect millions of Californians. This webinar provides an overview of the provisions in PL 119-21 that have implications for practitioners of applied behavior analysis (ABA), owners and leaders of ABA service organizations, faculty and students in ABA university programs, and consumers of ABA services in our state. The principal state agencies that are charged with implementing PL 119-21 are identified. CalABA's plans for monitoring the actions of and advocating with state policymakers and for keeping members apprised of important developments are outlined. Participants are provided with reliable sources of information about the implementation of PL 119-21 and related public policies in California, along with suggestions for navigating upcoming changes.

She serves or has served on the editorial boards of several professional journals and the advisory boards of several autism programs and organizations as well as the B.F. Skinner Foundation.
