I have been a School Social Worker since 2010. My experience as a School Social Worker has given me the opportunity to work with children ages 3-18 across the broad spectrum of eligibilities and diagnoses. With a special interest in understanding student behavior, I earned a degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since April 2022. I believe it is important to shift the focus from what a student is “doing” to what a student needs “to learn to do” to be more independent. I look forward to collaborating with teams to provide practical solutions from data-driven practice. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my kiddos and family, reading for fun, eating ice cream, and napping. I love dance and Broadway. I am always ready for a good adventure, going boating, or being in the sunshine!
