Great leaders are not the people with all the answers to our problems. Great leaders have taken time to clarify shared values, have insight into their own patterns of thinking and behaving, and embrace the reality of any given situation as an opportunity to stay connected with and take action in alignment toward shared values. The purpose of this talk is to explore and discuss how the practices of radical acceptance, self-reflection, and clarifying shared values can serve to support leaders in taking meaningful and positive action toward what matters most to them and those they serve.
