For this relationship to be successful, we must acknowledge the impact that we can have on those we supervise and take care to actively manage our role. Taking a reflective approach can help us identify areas for growth and areas to manage. In this talk we will discuss the benefits of and strategies for taking an honest look in the mirror to evaluate our supervisory repertoires, reflecting on how they were developed, and actively planning our own skill refinement and development. Questions are welcomed, as we are all learning together!
