Ethics CEU: Developing Culturally Responsive Behaviors in Ourselves and our Supervisees

The Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts (2022) introduced Code 1.07, which established unprecedented requirements for cultural responsiveness and diversity in behavior analytic practice. This code requires behavior analysts to engage in professional development related to cultural responsiveness, to evaluate how their own cultural biases affect their work, and to train others in culturally responsive practices.
