Course Description

If you put 25 Behavior Analysts in a room together it would likely take less than 60-seconds for the conversation to turn to "I don't like my job because __________ and I just need people to stop doing _______because I can't take it anymore". Saying you're experiencing burnout or that other people are to blame for everything that isn't going right at work is easy. Analyzing what's actually going on at work (and with you) and creating an intervention plan to do something about it is a lot harder. But guess what? It's totally worth it. This talk will provide Behavior Analysts with a guide that they can use to identify primary issues and barriers to higher job satisfaction/greater joy/less exhaustion and offer interventions designed to decrease the ICK and increase the YAY in your job (and your life).
