With the recent and continued increase of BACB certificates (BCBA/BCaBA), the need for high-quality supervision has never been greater. Supervision has always been part of the field of ABA in different forms. In recent years, practitioners have recognized the importance of identifying a supervision model that fits both the supervisor and supervisee. While there is no one size fits all model; however, the goal for practitioners should always remain to provide high-quality clinical care and supervision for everyone we serve. I very much appreciated the information on what to consider when delivering feedback. Feedback can be very challenging at times. This training was given in such a fun, informative, and raw way. It kept me engaged the whole time, and challenged my way of thinking as a supervisor while offering humor, wit, and amazing resources. Highly recommend! Thank you for presenting supervision from a perspective that is not discussed often in supervision training. It is so critical to be respectful for many reasons. It is frustrating that so many BCBAs are not. I appreciate this discussion on one of the core foundations in supervision that should be addressed immediately as BCBAs begin supervision training and for many current supervisors. Really great information delivered in such a relatable way! Thank you!
