Fitness Testing for People With ID

This cluster shows how to check if kids and adults with intellectual disabilities are strong, fast, and active. It lists easy tests like grip, balance, and walking speed that tell us who might lose skills later. It also warns that we need to test step-counters and watches first because they can be wrong for people with ID. BCBAs can use these tools to set clear fitness goals and prove their exercise plans work.
