Matching Law and Choice

This cluster shows how people and animals split their time between two choices. The more rewards one choice gives, the more time is spent on it, but not perfectly. BCBAs can use this idea when setting up reward plans at school, home, or work. Knowing the matching law helps you predict and adjust behavior when two reinforcers compete.
