Jacqui is a registered and licensed Occupational Therapist, who currently supervises the Occupational Therapy department at Nashoba Learning Group. She values a holistic, collaborative and interdisciplinary approach to intervention, looking at each person individually to customize programs that are most suited to their needs. Jacqui has worked with children and adults with Autism in school, adult day program and outpatient settings since 2016. As an OT, she supports people with Autism to address differences in sensory processing, self-regulation, motor planning/praxis, fine motor skills, visual motor integration and visual perception, to promote their success and independence in meaningful daily occupations, from self-care tasks and leisure interests to academics and vocation. She has supported students and members at Nashoba Learning Group through the use of yoga in an after school program, virtual groups, personalized programs, and oversight of the NLG Life Skills yoga group, and is certified in the Voice Colors Yoga for Autism curriculum.
