The session will delve into the organizational systems that support new admissions, emphasizing three core areas: (1) interdepartmental collaboration, (2) onsite training and supervision, and (3) the completion of initial assessments to inform data-driven decisions regarding clinical, educational, and residential needs. Kimberly Duhanyan is the Senior Director within the Residential Program of Melmark New England. Kimberly has been with the company since September of 2003, and previously completed the University of Massachusetts Applied Behavior Analysis Series, obtaining her Board Certification as an Associate Behavior Analyst. In August of 2009, Kimberly obtained her BCBA. She obtained her masters in Special Education in the Fall of 2008 from Simmons College. Kimberly has served multiple roles at Melmark New England, starting as an ABA Counselor and working through many supervisory positions in her tenure, currently acting as the Senior Director of Residential Services. Kimberly oversees both the adult and children’s services residential programs, as well as the adult day program. Kimberly has published multiple articles, actively attends and presents at conferences, and is an active member of the ABA community.
