The training program is based on the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's (BACB) Supervision Training Curriculum (Version 2) but is offered independently of the BACB. Individuals successfully completing the training will be awarded a certificate showing successful completion of the BACB's 8-hour supervision training requirement for supervisors who oversee the work of individuals acquiring fieldwork for BCBA or BCaBA certification and current BCaBA or RBT certificants who are required to have ongoing supervision Learning Objectives The training program is split into nine sections designed to show attendees how to: Develop supervisee and trainee performance expectations Observe, implement behavior skills training, and deliver effective performance feedback Model technical, professional and ethical behavior Guide the development of problem-solving and ethical decision-making repertories Review written materials created by supervisees and trainees Provide oversight and evaluation of the effects of behavioral service delivery Carry out ongoing evaluation of the effects of supervision
