Afloat Mentorship Series focuses on preparing children—and their support teams—for successful swim experiences through proactive behavior strategies and collaborative planning. Designed for BCBAs, RBTs, caregivers, and aquatic professionals, this session bridges behavior science and water safety to equip providers with tools that promote cooperation, ease transitions, and reduce challenging behaviors in and around the water.
