Ethics CEU: Invited Speakers: Interprofessional Applications and Collaborative Practice Across Professional Activities

Panelists will share insights from clinical, academic, and interdisciplinary perspectives, illustrating how ABA principles enhance their work in speech-language pathology, university instruction, and feeding disorder interventions. Amber Ladd and Amy Prince (Talk Team, California) will discuss their application of ABA within speech-language pathology services in their clinics; Heather Forbes will describe her integration of ABA concepts into communication sciences and disorders (CSD) coursework at the university level; and Deirdre Muldoon will share her experiences in interprofessional collaboration in the context of treating feeding disorders. Moderated by Dr. Teresa Cardon, the session will highlight real-world examples of ethical practice and the importance of interprofessional cooperation in achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.
