As the digital world becomes a cornerstone for professional networking, client engagement, and the dissemination of information, BCBAs must skillfully navigate the line between personal and professional online behaviors. Furthermore, the realm of publishing, which now spans from traditional academic channels to various digital formats such as e-books, online articles, and posts on professional networking sites, introduces numerous ethical considerations. These include safeguarding client confidentiality, accurately representing data, and understanding the implications of digital footprint and privacy issues. Through an engaging mix of theoretical exploration and practical scenarios, this CEU aims to prepare participants with the necessary knowledge and tools to engage ethically with all forms of digital media and electronic publishing in their professional activities.
