In this training we will review our responsibility to supervisees and trainees, and how we can provide tailored training based on individual supervisee's needs. We will also explore setting clear expectations, regularly monitoring competency, and evaluating the effects of our supervision. As BCBAs, we are obligated to promote the highest quality of care and ethical practice standards as outlined by the BACB by incorporating ethical conduct throughout the supervision process, including explicit discussions of ethical conduct.
