Mary was the CEO of LittleStar ABA Therapy (2004-2007 and 2010-2024). LittleStar was the recipient of the 2017 Autism Speaks Advocate Provider of the Year Award. Mary is a former Board Member of CASP. She is an experienced CEO and Executive Director with a successful history of growth in the ABA space and working in the field of autism and ABA Therapy. She is skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, Fundraising, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Developmental Disabilities, and Community Outreach. She is a strong business development professional with an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. Mary started her career as a Speech Language Pathologist. Mary founded of InPEAT (Indiana Providers of Effective Autism Treatment, 2014). A published author with multiple papers featured in Behavior Analysis in Practice and The Behavior Analyst Today. Founder and creator of Life with A Side of Autism - an online Instagram community for parents of children with autism, and the autism community, focused on creating awareness and support for those impacted by autism.
