Course Description

This five-part training provides behavior analysts with a comprehensive framework for understanding, measuring, and integrating assent into clinical practice. Participants learn to define and distinguish between assent and informed consent, identify and measure vocal/verbal behaviors that indicate assent or assent withdrawal, design concurrent chains arrangements for client choice, and apply the concept of degrees of freedom to assess client choice in treatment plans.
