This cluster looks at how hard it is for autistic adults and their families to find and use the right help. It shows that small changes—like letting someone bring a helper or write instead of talk—can make doctor visits and programs work better. BCBAs can learn where the system breaks and push for fixes so clients keep getting good care after they age out of school. When we remove these roadblocks, adults with autism can stay healthier, safer, and more independent.
